SEO isn’t dead, especially with AI on the rise. Content marketing is just as important, social media is a must, and email marketing to attract and engage potential customers (Email Marketing is thriving right now).

2. Developing professional relationships

Real estate agents should focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other professionals in their local area. This business is built on relationships and it’s not going to change. This can be done through networking events, attending seminars and workshops, social media, farms, hosting open houses, just to name a few.

3. Investing in technology

Technology is going to be a critical part of the real estate industry in 2023, so agents should invest in the latest technology and software to remain competitive. Not just having a CRM that has smart plans, but look for one that either integrates with AI or uses AI that’s built in. Invest in tracking tools so you can keep track of your expenses and incoming leads… 

4. Virtual

As more people are looking for ways to buy and sell real estate without leaving their homes, real estate agents should consider offering virtual services such as virtual tours and virtual consultations. Don’t forget to use virtual assistants to scale your business. Admins, marketers, and for social media… 

5. Focusing on customer service

Providing excellent customer service is key to getting and keeping clients in 2023. Inspect what you expect is the saying here. You must have a feedback loop so you and your business can get better. Have a system that automatically helps you check where your holes are.

Oh yeah and don’t forget to pick up your phone…this includes responding quickly to inquiries, offering helpful advice and being available when a customer needs help.
